Dear Mr. Miller:

My office is in receipt of your request dated January 12, 2001, wherein you have submitted for approval of MAXTIME 21.

Because MAXTIME 21, is a variation of the game of Blackjack, which is approved by Mississippi Code Annotated of 1972, as amended §75-76-5 (k); no field trial will be necessary, the game is hereby approved for statewide installation. However, any licensee wishing to install the variation must submit for approval and/or implement the following before the variation maybe offered to the public:

1. All house rules and procedures governing play must be forwarded to the licensee's respective Mississippi Gaming Commission Field Office;

2. Player advice cards, indicating the rules of play for MAXTIME 21 must be made available to the patrons of the licensee as prescribed by Mississippi Gaming Regulation III. OPERATIONS, A, IN GENERAL Section 6. Posting of Rules.; and

3. Surveillance coverage must be approved by the licensee's respective field office.
